Då var mätningen för dag 4 avklarad. Igår åt jag så lite som 14 kolhydrater :-) men mina Ketoner sjönk med 0.1 mmol/L, detta för att jag åt för mycket kött, 1.2 mmol/L är väldigt bra för dag 3. I helgen åt jag kebab o läsk för att verkligen komma ur ketosen, men jag gissar att pga att ätit så rent så länge så kan jag ganska fort komma in i Ketos igen (finns dock ingen forskning som säger att man skulle komma fortare in i Ketos ju längre o ju fler gånger man går in). Första gången jag provade detta så tog det nog 10 dagar att komma över 0.5 mmol/L o nu har jag redan 1.2 mmol/L efter 3 dagar. 

Vad som skett de senaste dagarna är att jag lärt min kropp, de flesta av cellernas alla fall, att använda Ketoner som bränsle istället för glukos. 

Fördelar med detta... ? Om ni läste mitt förra inlägg om Ketoner o klickade på länkarna så vet ni att cancer (dock inte alla cancersorter) livnär sig på glukos, det kan vara en bra ide att ge cancer cellerna så lite mat som möjligt. Även om man inte kan bota cancer med enbart ketogen kost så hjälper den iallafall inte till o mata cancerceller med onödigt mycket mat.

Ketogen diet kan vara bra för "epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson"

Today my Ketos experiment starts 2014-05-18


First off: I have done this "experiment" several times already, but i have not had the tools to messure my ketosis so precise as I wanted. And never have i shared my experience before. In the past i have used "bayer ketostix" and these are not so accurate.

This time arround, I have baught "FreeStyle Precision - blood glucose and blood ketone meter", and this will satesfy my need a little better.

 

I will measure my ketones every morning, the ketone value is higher in the afternoon, but i like to be consistent with the time i am measuring the value, so morning it is.

 

I will also measure my glucose every morning and also (from time to time), with 30 minutes interval, when eating, to see how my body reacts on the food i eat.

 

According to, for example "peoplestraining.com" the prefered mmol/L is between 1.5 - 3 mmol/L, so this is what i want to see if i can achieve during some time.

 

Why would i do this, ketosis thing?

Well it is quite simple. After over 200 hours of  investigating cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and by doing that, being dragged into several sub categories that i did not suspect such as ADHD, MS, Concussion, Weight loss, the flu and other disease that we usually get during the winter, Acne, IBS, Alzheimer's, Intentional permeability, Celiac disease, sinus infection both bacteria and fungal, And so on, And so on, And so on... They all have something in common when it comes to diatary advice. Don't eat inflammatory food. So why not take that to the extream, or as many say "as we have eaten for millions of years", and i am sure this will take me into ketosis.

 

 

This is my "Don't Rules"

  • Don't eat Yeast

  • Don't eat Gluten

  • Don't eat Sugar
  • Don't eat Vegetable Oils

  • Don't eat GMO

 

This is my "Do Rules"

  • Do Intermittent fasting, 12-16 hours, as often as possible
  • Do Eat as much and as often as you want (exept when fasting)

 

This is my "Limit Rules"

  • Max 50 grams of carbohydrate per day
  • Max of 300 grams of meat per day
